JustList

JustList Terms of Service

Effective date: October 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and IQClub Inc., doing business as JustList (“JustList,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to JustList.io and any related websites, applications, communications, and services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Platform”).

Important: JustList is a service-listing and communications platform. JustList does not perform listed services, employ service providers, become a party to agreements between users, or process payments for work performed by a service provider. Using a marketplace and hiring or entering a home with someone you met online involves risk.

These Terms contain a binding individual arbitration agreement and class-action waiver in Section 24. You may opt out as described there.

1. Acceptance and incorporated policies

By creating an account, posting content, purchasing a JustList paid feature, clicking to accept, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Our Privacy Policy, U.S. State Privacy Notice, Community Guidelines, Service Listing Rules and Prohibited Services, Video Content Guidelines, Provider Agreement and Certification, Customer Project and Service Dispute Rules, Verification, Badges, and Credentials Policy, Sponsored Listings and Ranking Disclosure, Messaging, Contact, and Anti-Spam Policy, Anti-Scraping, Automated Access, and Platform Abuse Policy, Reviews and Content Policy, Supported Service Categories and Launch Limits, Commercial Services, Advertising, and Subscription Terms, Business Account and Order Terms when you act for business purposes, Sales Partner and Reseller Ethics Policy, and any feature-specific terms presented to you are incorporated into these Terms. Feature-specific terms control only to the extent of a conflict concerning that feature. Partner and Integration Terms apply only when a signed Partner Agreement expressly incorporates them.

2. Eligibility and United States scope

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. The Platform is offered for use in the United States. You may not use it if we previously suspended you, if applicable law prohibits your use, or if your use would breach another binding obligation.

If you use the Platform for a company, organization, or another person, you represent that you are authorized to bind that person or entity. “You” then includes both you and that person or entity.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. Unless we approve otherwise, one person or business may maintain one Provider profile. You may not sell, transfer, share, or create accounts to evade limits or enforcement.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require email, telephone, identity, business, license, or other verification when reasonably related to security, fraud prevention, or a Platform feature.

Usernames, profile URLs, and other account identifiers are licensed for Platform use and are not user property. We may reclaim, rename, or disable an identifier that infringes rights, impersonates another person, misleads users, violates policy, has been abandoned, or is needed for Platform administration.

4. What JustList does—and does not do

The Platform lets users publish and discover service listings, exchange messages, request information or quotes, reveal permitted contact details, and share reviews after qualifying interactions. We may offer search, ranking, moderation, verification indicators, analytics, subscription features, and paid promotion.

Providers are independent third parties. JustList is not a Provider, Customer, employer, staffing agency, general contractor, broker, agent, partner, joint venturer, insurer, guarantor, booking service, escrow service, or payment intermediary for Provider services. No user may bind JustList or make commitments for us.

We do not set or collect the price a Customer pays a Provider, control the Provider's method or schedule of work, inspect job sites, supply tools or materials, supervise performance, or determine whether a service is suitable for a Customer. A Provider and Customer create their own agreement directly with each other.

5. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for evaluating Providers and the service offered. Before hiring, a Customer should independently check identity, references, license status, insurance, permits, experience, price, scope, safety practices, and any background information relevant to the work.

Customers must provide accurate project information, disclose known hazards, maintain a reasonably safe worksite, obtain any approvals assigned to them, and pay Providers as agreed. For meaningful work, the parties should use a written contract covering scope, materials, schedule, price, deposits, change orders, cancellation, cleanup, warranties, and dispute handling.

6. Provider responsibilities

A Provider must accurately identify itself and describe only services it is legally and practically able to perform. The Provider is solely responsible for required licenses, registrations, permits, bonds, insurance, training, taxes, worker classification, employment obligations, safety rules, written contracts, cancellation rights, disclosures, and professional standards.

A Provider must keep all claims, prices, availability, service areas, credentials, media, and contact information accurate. A Provider may not imply that JustList employs, recommends, certifies, warrants, or guarantees the Provider or its work.

The Provider—not JustList—is responsible for injury, death, property damage, delay, nonperformance, workmanship, materials, code compliance, refunds, warranties, chargebacks, and disputes arising from the Provider's services.

7. Quotes, bookings, contracts, and payment for Provider services

A message, quote request, contact reveal, calendar indication, or other Platform interaction is not a booking or a contract with JustList. Prices and availability shown in listings may be estimates and may change after the Provider evaluates the project. The Provider must disclose material terms before the Customer agrees.

Customers pay Providers outside the Platform using a method the parties choose. JustList does not hold deposits, release funds, issue Provider refunds, guarantee payment, guarantee completion, or decide Provider-Customer disputes. Fees paid to JustList for Platform features are governed separately by Section 12 and the Commercial Services, Advertising, and Subscription Terms.

8. User content and license

“User Content” includes listings, profiles, messages, reviews, responses, photos, video, audio, logos, documents, reports, and other material a user submits. You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant JustList a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical or accessibility purposes, publish, display, distribute, and promote User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and market the Platform. This license continues for content already shared with others and for backup, legal, safety, and evidentiary purposes after deletion, but only for as long as reasonably necessary.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your User Content and that our permitted use will not violate law or another person's rights. Do not upload confidential information, payment-card data, government identifiers, or another person's private information unless a specific Platform feature requests it.

9. Reviews and ratings

Reviews must reflect the reviewer's honest, first-hand experience and comply with the Reviews and Content Policy. A “qualifying interaction” or similar label means only that our records show the stated Platform interaction; it does not mean JustList verified completion, payment, quality, or every statement in the review.

Providers may not buy reviews, condition a benefit on positive sentiment, review themselves, use insiders without clear disclosure, pressure a person to remove criticism, or use legal threats to suppress a lawful honest review. Paid promotion does not entitle a Provider to favorable reviews, ratings, editorial treatment, or immunity from moderation.

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Platform to:

  1. violate a law, court order, contract, intellectual-property right, privacy right, publicity right, or the rights of another person;
  2. offer, request, promote, or facilitate a prohibited or restricted service;
  3. mislead, impersonate, defraud, manipulate reviews or ranking, conceal a material affiliation, or submit false credentials;
  4. threaten, harass, stalk, exploit, discriminate against, dox, or endanger another person;
  5. send spam, phishing, malware, unauthorized advertising, chain messages, or deceptive links;
  6. collect user data, scrape, crawl, index, train a model on, or otherwise access the Platform by automated means without our written permission, except ordinary public search-engine indexing that follows our published instructions;
  7. bypass security, access controls, rate limits, paywalls, moderation, account restrictions, or technical protections;
  8. reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, or introduce malicious code into the Platform;
  9. sell an account, transfer account access, create duplicate accounts, or coordinate inauthentic activity; or
  10. use Platform communications or personal information for an unrelated purpose.

You also may not encourage, direct, provide tools for, knowingly benefit from, or assist another person in prohibited conduct. The Anti-Scraping, Automated Access, and Platform Abuse Policy provides additional rules and remedies.

11. Moderation, verification, ranking, suspension, and appeals

We may review, screen, label, limit distribution, recategorize, rank, decline, remove, preserve, or disclose content, and may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts. We may use automated systems and human review. We are not obligated to monitor every listing, message, user, credential, or transaction and are not liable merely because we moderate or do not moderate content, to the extent permitted by law.

A badge or status means only what its accompanying explanation says. Unless expressly stated, we do not conduct a criminal background check, inspect insurance coverage, continuously monitor a license, confirm ownership of a business, or guarantee that the person using an account is the person whose information was submitted.

Search and recommendations may consider relevance, location, category, completeness, freshness, responsiveness, reputation signals, policy compliance, availability, personalization, and payment for clearly labeled promotion. We may change these systems. We do not guarantee position, impressions, contacts, leads, bookings, revenue, or results.

You may appeal an eligible moderation decision using the method in the notice or by contacting [email protected]. We may deny or limit appeals involving repeated submissions, imminent harm, fraud, legal restrictions, or matters we cannot disclose.

Our rules and moderation practices protect the Platform and do not create a private right of action, a promise to any person that prohibited content will never appear, or a duty to take the same action in every matter. Moderation or failure to moderate does not waive our right to act later.

12. Fees, subscriptions, and paid promotion

Some Platform features require payment to JustList. The price, billing interval, auto-renewal status, included features, taxes, and any trial will be shown before purchase. Stripe or another disclosed payment processor may collect payment information and process charges for us.

Paid features are governed by the Commercial Services, Advertising, and Subscription Terms. Purchasing a feature buys only the feature described at checkout. It does not buy editorial influence, a positive rating, a specific rank, a lead, a booking, revenue, Customer satisfaction, or successful performance of a Provider service.

13. Taxes

You are responsible for taxes, reporting, licenses, and records arising from your own services and receipts. JustList may calculate, collect, withhold, or report taxes on fees paid to JustList when required by law. Fees shown may exclude applicable tax unless checkout states otherwise.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and U.S. State Privacy Notice explain how we handle personal information. Do not use Platform information to build marketing lists, make eligibility decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, or another legally regulated purpose, or conduct unauthorized surveillance or background checks.

15. Third-party services and links

The Platform may connect to Stripe, Google, identity or communications providers, maps, websites, and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices govern their services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or conduct. A link or integration is not an endorsement.

16. JustList intellectual property and limited license

The Platform, excluding User Content, is owned by JustList or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. No other right or license is granted.

JustList names, logos, interface elements, software, and branding may not be used without our written permission. References to third-party names do not imply endorsement.

17. Copyright complaints

Our DMCA and Copyright Policy explains how to send a copyright notice or counter-notice. We may remove material and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Send notices only if you have a good-faith basis.

18. Feedback

If you voluntarily send ideas or suggestions about JustList, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of a lawful consumer review about JustList or waive rights protected by the Consumer Review Fairness Act.

19. Electronic communications

You consent to receive agreements, notices, receipts, security alerts, subscription messages, and other transactional communications electronically. You may withdraw consent to electronic records by contacting [email protected], but withdrawal may require closing features that depend on electronic delivery. Marketing preferences are separate; you may unsubscribe from marketing without losing essential account notices.

20. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” JUSTLIST DISCLAIMS EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR TRADE.

JUSTLIST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT A USER, PROVIDER, CUSTOMER, LISTING, REVIEW, QUOTE, PRICE, CREDENTIAL, LICENSE, INSURANCE POLICY, BACKGROUND, MESSAGE, SERVICE, OR RESULT IS ACCURATE, CURRENT, LAWFUL, SAFE, AVAILABLE, SUITABLE, OR SATISFACTORY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PERFORMANCE, PAYMENT, COMPLETION, QUALITY, HAPPINESS, LEADS, BOOKINGS, REVENUE, OR A DISPUTE OUTCOME.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so they apply only to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not limit any non-waivable consumer right.

21. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTLIST AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITIES; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM USER CONDUCT, PROVIDER SERVICES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, NONPAYMENT, SECURITY INCIDENTS, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE FEES YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO JUSTLIST DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

The exclusions and cap do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Each limitation is an essential basis of the bargain.

22. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JustList and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your User Content, your services or conduct, your agreement with another user, your taxes or workers, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or another person's rights.

This duty does not require a consumer to indemnify JustList for JustList's own unlawful conduct. We may control the defense and settlement, and you will reasonably cooperate. We will not settle a claim in a way that admits your fault or imposes a non-monetary obligation on you without your consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.

23. Informal dispute process

Before starting arbitration or litigation, the claimant must send an individual written notice to [email protected] and IQClub Inc., Attn: Legal, 3540 Toringdon Way, Ste 200 Unit #5087, Charlotte, NC 28277. The notice must include the claimant's name and account email, a description of the dispute, the requested relief, and a good-faith calculation of any monetary demand.

The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute individually for 30 days after receipt. Any limitation period is tolled during that 30-day period. This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief to protect safety, confidential information, or intellectual property.

24. Binding individual arbitration and class waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action.

Except for an eligible individual small-claims action, a request for urgent injunctive relief, or a claim that applicable law makes non-arbitrable, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, a JustList paid feature, or the parties' relationship will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.

Consumer disputes will use the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. A dispute arising from a Provider's or other business user's commercial activity will use the AAA rules applicable to the dispute. The arbitration may occur by documents, telephone, video, or in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless applicable rules or law require another reasonable location. Fee allocation will follow the applicable AAA rules and law.

Claims may be brought only on an individual basis. The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual claimant and only to the extent necessary to resolve that claimant's claim. Neither party may consolidate claims or participate in a class, collective, coordinated, or representative proceeding, except that this sentence does not waive a right to public injunctive relief that cannot lawfully be waived.

Jury waiver. Arbitration replaces the right to have a dispute decided in court by a judge or jury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each party also waives a jury trial for any dispute that proceeds in court rather than arbitration, except an individual small-claims case.

Coordinated demands. If 25 or more substantially similar arbitration demands are submitted within 180 days and are coordinated by the same or related counsel or organizations, the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules will apply. To promote orderly administration, the demands may be processed in batches of no more than 25, with remaining demands held until their batch is reached. After the first two batches conclude, either party may request global mediation. Applicable limitation periods are tolled while a demand is held. Administrative batching does not merge individual claims, create a class proceeding, or authorize representative relief. A court may enforce this paragraph and resolve a dispute about its application.

Confidentiality. The parties and arbitrator must keep nonpublic arbitration submissions, evidence, hearings, and awards confidential, except as reasonably necessary to conduct the case, enforce or challenge an award, obtain professional advice, comply with law, or exercise a non-waivable right.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Include your full name, account email, mailing address, and an unambiguous statement that you opt out of the JustList arbitration agreement. Opting out will not affect other Terms or your Platform access.

Time to bring a claim. To the fullest extent permitted by law, a claim arising from these Terms or the Platform must be filed in arbitration or a permitted court within one year after it accrued. If applicable law does not allow that period to be shortened, the shortest enforceable period under that law applies.

If a court finds part of this Section 24 unenforceable, it will be severed to the minimum extent necessary, except that if the class-action waiver is unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim must proceed in court and not arbitration.

25. Governing law, changes, and general terms

North Carolina law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or a non-waivable law of your state applies. Any court proceeding not subject to arbitration or small claims must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may change the Platform and these Terms prospectively. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when legally required or when a change materially affects existing rights. A material subscription change will be handled under the Commercial Services, Advertising, and Subscription Terms and applicable law. Continued use after the effective date of properly notified changes constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using the Platform and cancel paid features.

We may add, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any Platform feature or all of the Platform, temporarily or permanently, subject to applicable law and any express paid-term commitment. We do not guarantee continued availability of a listing, category, integration, contact method, metric, or feature.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law. You may not assign them without our written consent. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience. “Including” means “including without limitation.” Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, licenses reasonably needed for retained content, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and disputes.

These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the Platform unless you and JustList sign a separate agreement that expressly controls. Except where these Terms expressly say otherwise, they do not give enforcement rights to any third-party beneficiary. The English version controls.

27. JustList SMS phone verification

JustList offers optional SMS codes to confirm access to a U.S. mobile phone number. You opt in by opening phone verification in your account settings, entering your mobile number, selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox, and requesting a code. Creating an account, using the marketplace, and purchasing a JustList feature do not require SMS consent. This consent covers verification codes only and does not authorize marketing messages.

We send one code per request, with at most one request every 24 hours. Message and data rates may apply. A code expires in 10 minutes. Never share a verification code. Delivery depends on your carrier; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to opt out of messages from our verification sender. Reply START to that same number to opt back in; a new code still requires a request in your JustList account. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. Opt-out, opt-in, and help replies may generate an automated confirmation or support message. You can close the verification form without subscribing and continue using JustList.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and SMS consent. Phone verification confirms access to a number only; it does not verify identity, licensing, background, or professional qualifications.
