Effective date: September 8, 2026
This Policy protects JustList users, content, systems, and business operations. It supplements and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. “Access” includes viewing, querying, collecting from, interacting with, or sending information to the Platform.
1. Automated and bulk access
Unless JustList gives prior written authorization in a separate agreement, you may not:
- use a robot, crawler, scraper, spider, browser automation tool, script, headless browser, data-mining process, or similar means to access or interact with the Platform;
- copy, extract, index, monitor, aggregate, download, cache, reproduce, or compile listings, profiles, reviews, contact details, prices, images, videos, search results, taxonomy, or other Platform content in bulk;
- access an API, endpoint, feed, query mechanism, or internal interface that JustList has not expressly made available to you, or exceed documented limits for an authorized interface;
- use Platform content or user data to build, train, fine-tune, ground, evaluate, or improve a machine-learning or artificial-intelligence system, data product, directory, lead database, price-comparison service, or competing marketplace; or
- circumvent a robots instruction, rate limit, access control, authentication requirement, technical protection, geographic restriction, or block.
2. Harvesting and unwanted contact
- Do not collect, purchase, sell, enrich, append, or redistribute user identities, contact details, messages, locations, credentials, or behavioral information obtained from JustList.
- Do not use Platform data for spam, robocalls, automated texts, unrelated marketing, surveillance, discrimination, harassment, doxxing, identity theft, credential attacks, or fraudulent solicitation.
- A visible email address, telephone number, profile, or listing is not permission for bulk collection or unrelated marketing.
3. Account, listing, and integrity abuse
You may not, directly or through another person or tool:
- create or control deceptive, synthetic, stolen, or coordinated accounts, or buy, sell, rent, or transfer account access;
- evade a suspension, block, plan limit, fee, eligibility rule, content restriction, verification step, or enforcement decision;
- flood the Platform with duplicative listings, messages, reports, reviews, inquiries, clicks, views, or other artificial activity;
- impersonate a user, Provider, employee, partner, or organization, or misstate the source or destination of a request;
- manipulate search, ranking, recommendations, metrics, advertising delivery, reviews, reporting, or billing; or
- assist, enable, direct, or benefit from another person's violation of this Policy.
4. Interference and unauthorized testing
- Do not probe, scan, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass, or attempt unauthorized access to the Platform, accounts, networks, source code, credentials, or nonpublic data.
- Do not introduce malware, exploit code, destructive payloads, excessive requests, or content intended to impair moderation, security, or availability.
- The Security and Vulnerability Reporting Policy describes the reporting channel. It does not grant blanket authorization to test production systems.
5. Unauthorized copying and commercial reuse
- Do not frame, mirror, white-label, resell, syndicate, republish, or create a substitute or derivative database from the Platform or its content without written authorization.
- Do not remove or alter a copyright, trademark, attribution, watermark, source indicator, or technical notice.
- Rights granted to post user content do not give other users a license to harvest or commercially reuse that content.
6. Responsibility for tools and agents
You are responsible for activity performed through your accounts, credentials, systems, employees, contractors, bots, vendors, agents, and services you direct or knowingly enable. An authorization is limited to its written scope and may include rate limits, security rules, data-use restrictions, audit rights, and revocation terms.
7. Enforcement and remedies
- JustList may investigate, throttle, block, suspend, terminate, preserve evidence, invalidate activity, remove content, or notify affected parties, service providers, or authorities when reasonably appropriate.
- Unauthorized access may cause harm that is difficult to measure. JustList may seek actual damages, statutory damages, disgorgement, costs, attorneys' fees where authorized, and temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive relief, in addition to contractual and other lawful remedies.
- Failure to act on one violation is not permission for that or another violation. Sections concerning ownership, data restrictions, responsibility, and remedies survive termination to the extent necessary to give them effect.
- This Policy protects JustList and does not create a private right of action for another user.
8. Requests for authorized access
Send a detailed business and technical proposal to [email protected]. Silence, public availability, or technical ability to access the Platform is not authorization.
