JustList Sales Partner and Reseller Ethics Policy

This Policy applies to JustList employees, contractors, agencies, resellers, referral partners, and other representatives involved in selling or promoting JustList subscriptions, advertising, or commercial services (“Sales Representatives”). It supplements the Terms of Service and Commercial Services, Advertising, and Subscription Terms.

1. Truthful sales conduct

1. Clearly identify yourself, your employer, and your relationship to JustList. Do not impersonate support, moderation, a Customer, a government official, or an independent reviewer.
2. Accurately state the price, billing interval, automatic-renewal terms, included features, cancellation method, refund limits, sponsorship label, and material restrictions before obtaining agreement.
3. Do not promise or imply guaranteed leads, views, calls, bookings, revenue, ranking, exclusivity, verification, reputation improvement, review removal, customer satisfaction, or service outcomes.
4. Do not falsely claim that purchase is required to keep an organic listing, avoid a penalty, preserve a rating, receive support, or obtain favorable moderation.
5. Do not create urgency through a false deadline, inventory claim, competitor claim, or supposed account problem.

2. Separation from reviews and moderation

1. Sales Representatives may not write, request on a user's behalf, arrange, purchase, trade, suppress, threaten, or vote on reviews or Provider responses.
2. They may not offer an incentive for a positive review, discourage a negative review, use review gating, send a test inquiry or false quote request, create fake engagement, or indiscriminately flag content.
3. They may not promise that advertising changes organic ratings or that payment will cause a review, report, or enforcement action to be removed or treated favorably.
4. Any genuine policy concern must use the ordinary reporting channel and must not be described as a sales benefit.

3. Consent, accounts, and billing

1. Do not accept terms, check a consent box, create a listing, alter an account, or enter payment information for a user unless a documented, authorized process expressly permits it and the user gives informed direction.
2. Do not charge, upgrade, renew, or add a subscription without the account holder's express authorization. Do not hide or obstruct cancellation.
3. Honor do-not-contact and marketing opt-out requests promptly. A service inquiry does not authorize unrelated automated marketing.
4. Access only the minimum account information needed for an authorized business purpose. Never request a password, full payment credential, or unnecessary sensitive information.

4. Reseller and partner responsibility

1. A reseller or partner must train and monitor its personnel, use only approved claims and materials, maintain required consent and transaction evidence, and promptly investigate suspected misconduct.
2. A reseller may not describe itself as JustList, grant rights it does not have, appoint sub-resellers without authorization, or combine JustList with an undisclosed or misleading offer.
3. Commercial agreements may impose stricter requirements. This Policy does not create authority to sell JustList products.

5. Monitoring, reporting, and enforcement

1. JustList may audit sales records, communications, scripts, consent evidence, and complaint patterns to enforce this Policy, subject to applicable law.
2. Suspected violations may be reported to [email protected]. Good-faith internal reports must not be retaliated against.
3. Violations may result in retraining, reversal of an unauthorized charge, loss of commission, suspension or termination of access or a commercial relationship, indemnity or other contractual remedies, and referral to authorities where appropriate.
