1. Our commitment
JustList is committed to making JustList.io usable by people with disabilities. We are working toward substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and include accessibility in design, development, content, and testing practices.
2. Measures we take
Our accessibility work includes semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, visible focus, meaningful headings and labels, sufficient color contrast, text resizing, accessible status and error messages, captions or alternatives where applicable, and testing with assistive technologies.
3. User-generated and third-party content
Some listings, images, videos, external links, payment pages, maps, or other content is supplied by users or third parties and may not meet every accessibility target. We require relevant, understandable listing content and work to provide labels, text alternatives, or an accessible path where reasonably possible.
4. Assistance and alternatives
If you cannot access information or complete a task, email [email protected]. Tell us the page or feature, the problem, the assistive technology and browser used if you are comfortable sharing them, and the preferred way to receive the information. We will try to provide an accessible alternative and address the underlying barrier.
5. Feedback
We welcome feedback at [email protected] or by mail to IQClub Inc., Attn: JustList Accessibility, 3540 Toringdon Way, Ste 200 Unit #5087, Charlotte, NC 28277.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days and provide a substantive response or status update within ten business days. Response time may vary with complexity, but urgent access barriers will be prioritized.
6. Ongoing review
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review new features, investigate reported barriers, and update this Statement when our practices or standards change. A statement of our target is not a representation that every page or third-party component currently conforms.
