Effective date: September 8, 2026
This Notice explains how IQClub Inc., doing business as JustList, uses cookies and similar technologies on JustList.io. It supplements our Privacy Policy and U.S. State Privacy Notice.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies can also recognize a browser or device, remember settings, measure interactions, or support security. We refer to them together as “cookies.”
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary. Authentication, session continuity, load balancing, fraud prevention, security, consent records, and core Platform operation. These cannot be disabled through our controls because the requested service may not work without them.
- Preferences. Language, location selection, display choices, and other settings you ask us to remember.
- Analytics. Google Analytics helps us understand visits, searches, navigation, performance, and feature use. Google may receive page URL, IP address, browser/device details, cookie identifiers, and interaction data.
- Payments. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies on checkout, billing, and fraud-prevention pages to process JustList fees, authenticate transactions, prevent fraud, and provide its services.
We do not authorize analytics events to contain private message text, email addresses, telephone numbers, full addresses, exact coordinates, payment credentials, or other information that directly identifies a person.
3. Representative cookies
| Provider | Example | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| JustList | Session, CSRF, consent, and security cookies | Sign-in, request protection, preferences, and consent records | Session to 12 months, depending on purpose |
| Google Analytics | _ga and related identifiers | Distinguish browsers and report usage statistics | Up to 2 years; analytics event retention is configured separately |
| Stripe | Checkout and fraud-prevention identifiers | Payments, authentication, and fraud prevention | As described by Stripe and required for its services |
This table is illustrative. The live cookie preference interface should provide the current list generated from the production site.
4. Your choices
You may accept or reject non-essential cookies through our cookie controls and Privacy Choices page. You may also block or delete cookies in your browser and use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies may reset preferences or prevent features from working.
Where required by law, a recognized Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending it.
5. Changes and contact
We may update this Notice as technologies or law change. The effective date identifies the current version. Questions and requests may be sent to [email protected] or IQClub Inc., Attn: JustList Privacy, 3540 Toringdon Way, Ste 200 Unit #5087, Charlotte, NC 28277.
