Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective date: September 8, 2026

JustList does not sell personal information for money. Some U.S. privacy laws use broader definitions of “sell,” “share,” or use for “targeted advertising” that may cover disclosures of online identifiers and activity to analytics or advertising technology providers. This page explains how to exercise an applicable opt-out right.

1. Submit an opt-out

  1. Use the Privacy Choices control in the footer or cookie settings to turn off analytics, advertising, or other non-essential technologies covered by the control.
  2. Send “Opt Out of Sale/Sharing” to [email protected] and identify the email address associated with your account, if any. Do not email identity documents unless JustList specifically requests an approved verification method.
  3. Enable a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, in your browser. Where required, JustList will treat the signal as an opt-out for the browser or device sending it.

2. Scope of browser and account choices

  1. A cookie or browser control normally applies only to that browser and device. You may need to repeat the choice after clearing cookies, using another browser or device, or changing a privacy setting.
  2. Where you are signed in and the law requires it, JustList will also apply an authenticated opt-out request to the account information it can reasonably associate with you.
  3. You do not need to create an account to use a browser-based opt-out. JustList will not require more information than reasonably necessary to process or verify the request.

3. What the opt-out does not stop

The opt-out does not prevent disclosures needed to provide a feature you request, secure the Platform, prevent fraud, process fees through Stripe, comply with law, or use service providers subject to legally appropriate restrictions. Necessary cookies and security technologies may remain active. The opt-out also does not remove public content that you chose to publish or stop contextual advertising that is not based on cross-context behavioral information.

4. Authorized agents

An authorized agent may submit a request for you. JustList may require evidence of the agent's authority and may contact you directly to confirm the request where permitted. A recognized opt-out preference signal does not require separate agent documentation when the signal itself is legally sufficient.

5. Children and sensitive information

JustList is not intended for anyone under 18. JustList does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. JustList does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics or for purposes that create a right to limit use under applicable law.

6. Non-discrimination, confirmation, and appeal

  1. JustList will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
  2. We will process and confirm requests within the period required by applicable law. If we deny a request, we will explain the reason and, where applicable, how to appeal.
  3. To appeal or ask a question, email [email protected] with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.
