IQClub Inc., doing business as JustList, provides this notice at or before collecting personal information. The categories collected depend on the feature you use. We use information only for the purposes described here, in a compatible manner, with your direction, or as otherwise permitted by law.

2. Sensitive personal information
Depending on the feature, sensitive information may include account credentials, precise geolocation when enabled, private message contents, and information specifically requested for verification. Do not submit a Social Security number, biometric identifier, payment credential, government-ID image, medical record, or other highly sensitive information unless a secure JustList feature expressly requests it and provides a specific notice.
We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. Identity-document or biometric processing, if later introduced, requires a separate notice identifying the vendor, data, purpose, retention, and applicable rights before collection.
3. Retention
We retain each category only as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, security, legal compliance, disputes, and enforcement. Baseline periods include: account and listing data while active and generally up to 90 days after a valid deletion request; messages up to 3 years after the last interaction or account closure; reviews while published and generally up to 3 years after removal; safety records generally up to 5 years; security logs generally up to 2 years; billing and tax records generally up to 7 years; Google Analytics user-level and event data up to 14 months; and rotating backups generally up to 90 days. Legal holds, fraud prevention, safety, and law may require longer retention.
4. Sale, sharing, analytics, and choices
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose identifiers and internet or network activity to Google Analytics for measurement. Where a state treats that disclosure as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you may opt out through our Privacy Choices page, a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, or [email protected]. Non-essential analytics should not load where prior consent is required until the user consents.

A feature-specific notice may provide additional information and will control for that collection if it is more specific.
