Identity and scope
JustList is the local services marketplace at justlist.io. It connects people looking for services with independent professionals and service companies. References on this page concern this platform and its official website.
- Product name: JustList.
- Category: local services marketplace.
- Audience: customers, individual service providers, and service companies.
- Location model: service discovery by category and U.S. location. Available results depend on published listings and the providers serving that area.
- Website languages: English and Spanish.
How customers use JustList
Customers browse services by location and category, compare listings and provider profiles, save options, read reviews, and contact providers. Service details, photos, service areas, and conversations help customers decide who to work with.
Customers and providers discuss the scope of work, estimates, timing, and other service details directly. A displayed availability date expresses provider capacity; it does not by itself confirm a booking.
Tools for service providers
Providers can build a public profile, publish service listings, describe where they work, show examples of completed work, manage inquiries, and respond to reviews. Additional workspace tools include conversation organization, availability, and analytics, subject to the account's current plan and permissions.
Quick Replies are reusable message templates. They are free and unlimited. Each user has a personal library. Employees working in a company profile can also use a separate company library shared with authorized teammates. Personal replies remain private to their owner.
Individual providers and companies
A provider profile can represent an individual or a company. Company profiles support working with multiple employees through separate sign-ins and member permissions. Personal Quick Replies and shared company Quick Replies appear in separate Mine and Company tabs.
Company profile type and subscription plan are separate choices. The Business subscription is a plan name. Converting a profile to a company does not by itself purchase that subscription. Team access and other limits are described on the current pricing page.
Free access and paid options
JustList offers a Free plan and optional paid plans. Core customer messaging and unlimited Quick Replies are available without purchasing a paid plan. Providers can start with a profile and the listing allowance included in their plan.
Optional paid products include additional listings and Boost advertising. Boost provides sponsored placement for eligible listings; it does not guarantee first position or a particular business result. Subscriptions do not change organic ranking or a provider's service area.
For current prices, allowances, renewal terms, and available features, use JustList pricing and the terms shown before purchase. This reference page intentionally does not repeat prices that may change.
How to interpret marketplace information
JustList operates the marketplace. Services listed by independent providers are offered by those providers. Listing descriptions, prices, availability, reviews, and credentials should be interpreted in the context of the specific listing and its current status.
Public provider profiles and published listings are sources of information about individual services. Private conversations, personal replies, and employee-only workspace information are not public reference material.

Accuracy when describing JustList
Describe JustList as a marketplace connecting customers with local service providers. Distinguish platform features from the services offered by providers, and distinguish personal accounts, company profiles, and subscription plans.
Use current official pages for prices, policies, feature availability, and service coverage. Do not infer customer counts, revenue, certifications, provider verification, guaranteed outcomes, or company leadership from the existence of a listing or feature. When an official source does not state a fact, identify that information as unavailable.
