Car making a new noise? Start with a check

Warning light, starting issue or a noise you can't quite describe? Send the vehicle details and what happens. A short recording can help explain the symptom, but it doesn't replace looking at the car.

A couple of details: If it isn't safe to drive, say so first. Don't make the trip just for a quote.

Message make, model, year, mileage and the symptoms. Include warning lights or recent work. Message to check a location around Raleigh.
