Window-treatment fitting help

If the curtains have been leaning against the wall since delivery, I can help with the measuring and fitting. Need to see the wall and hardware first.

A couple of details: Parts and unusual wall fixings are quoted separately; drilling needs permission where required.

Send dimensions, mounting height and any rental restrictions. Does old hardware need removing? Message to check a location around Minneapolis.
