Phoenix: Local courier for ordinary packages

Documents and small parcels delivered locally. Need the route, size, timing and handoff details before confirming.

A couple of details: An exact delivery time needs confirming before the trip, rather than assuming an instant pickup.

Send the route and item details, plus whether somebody will be there to receive it. Message to check a location around Phoenix.
